Privacy Policy – Workshop Registration and Booking

 

When you register for a workshop, we process the personal data you provide for the purpose of handling your registration, payment, contract performance, participant communication and workshop administration.

 

For booking and checkout, we use Tickera. In connection with your booking, the data you submit in the registration and checkout process is processed through our booking system in order to manage registrations, attendee information, order details and access to the workshop.

 

For payment processing, we use PayPal. Where credit card payments are offered through an external payment provider, personal data required for the payment transaction is processed by the respective provider to the extent necessary for payment handling.

 

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR insofar as statutory retention obligations apply.

 

Personal data is stored for as long as necessary for contract performance and thereafter in accordance with applicable statutory retention periods.
