Terms, Right of Withdrawal & Model Withdrawal Form

Terms & Conditions

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to the booking and participation in workshops offered by Schultzschultz GmbH. By registering for a workshop, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Contracting Party
The contracting party is:

Schultzschultz GmbH

Germany

T +49 69 90 55 77 30

3. Registration and Booking
Workshop bookings are submitted through the online booking system provided on the workshop page. Participation is only confirmed once the registration has been accepted by Schultzschultz GmbH and full payment has been received.

4. Fees and Payment
The applicable participation fee is the fee stated on the workshop page at the time of booking. Payment must be made in full before the workshop begins. Payment is currently processed exclusively via Bank Transfer or PayPal. By completing the booking with PayPal, participants agree to use PayPal as the payment service provider.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights
Any statutory rights of withdrawal, cancellation or other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Changes, Postponement or Cancellation by Schultzschultz GmbH
Schultzschultz GmbH reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel the workshop, in whole or in part, if necessary, in particular in cases of illness, force majeure, technical disruption, insufficient registrations or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If Schultzschultz GmbH cancels the workshop, any fees already paid will be refunded in full. No further claims may be made beyond reimbursement of the participation fee, except where liability is mandatory by law.

7. Live Format / No Recording
The workshop takes place live online only, via the video conferencing platform Zoom. Sessions are not recorded and will not be made available afterwards.

Participants are not permitted to record, film, photograph, screenshot, stream, reproduce, distribute, upload, publish or otherwise make any part of the workshop available to third parties, whether in whole or in part, on any platform or in any format, without prior written permission from Schultzschultz GmbH.

This applies in particular to presentations, demonstrations, screen content, conversations, teaching materials and participant contributions shared during the live sessions.

In the event of a breach, Schultzschultz GmbH may exclude the participant from the workshop without refund. Further legal claims remain reserved.

8. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
Any handouts, example files or other materials provided during the workshop are for personal use only.

All course content, teaching materials and workshop materials remain the intellectual property of Schultzschultz GmbH and/or the respective instructor unless stated otherwise.

Materials may not be copied, forwarded, shared, published, sold or used commercially without prior written permission from Schultzschultz GmbH.

9. Workshop Format
The workshop is a live format focused on demonstrations, shared sessions and independent exploration. Optional exercises and example files may be provided for independent practice. The workshop does not include individual coaching, mentoring or formal assessment.

10. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable hardware, software — including a functioning Zoom installation — and a stable internet connection required to attend the workshop.

Schultzschultz GmbH is not responsible for interruptions or non-participation caused by the participant’s own technical equipment, software or internet connection.

11. Conduct
Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful and constructive environment.

Schultzschultz GmbH reserves the right to exclude any participant from the workshop without refund in cases of disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.

12. Liability
Schultzschultz GmbH shall be liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and to the extent of mandatory liability under applicable law.

In cases of slight negligence, Schultzschultz GmbH shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, and such liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Any further liability of Schultzschultz GmbH is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

13. Data Protection
Personal data submitted during registration will be processed solely for the purpose of handling registration, payment, contract performance, participant communication and workshop administration, in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Further information is available in the Privacy Policy on the Schultzschultz website.

14. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the participant is a consumer and has their habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.

15. Jurisdiction
If the participant is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Mandatory statutory provisions on jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.
